Job responsibilities

• IT Operations Support: Provide day-to-day support for IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, ensuring system availability, performance, and data integrity.
• User Support: Respond to technical support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist users in resolving IT-related problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Participate in the maintenance and administration of servers, networks (firewalls, switches, routers, access points), and cloud systems (M365, SharePoint, Azure AD, Exchange Online).
• System and Security Compliance: Assist in maintaining IT compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards (e.g., GMP, 21 CFR Part 11). Help implement cybersecurity measures and support audit readiness.
• Project Assistance: Support the implementation of IT projects and upgrades under the guidance of the IT Manager or corporate IT. Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed.
• Documentation and Procedures: Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in alignment with company and regulatory requirements.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including networks, servers, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharma, medical, biotech) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
