Job responsibilities


  • Strategic IT Leadership: Define and implement the local IT strategy in alignment with corporate/global IT goals. Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of IT initiatives to support business priorities. Identify emerging technologies that could benefit the business and proactively propose improvements.
  • IT Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of all IT services, including infrastructure, systems, and applications. Ensure high system availability, performance, data integrity, and security. Manage and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Project and Vendor Management: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through completion, including scoping, resource allocation, implementation, and post-go-live support. Work closely with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met.
  • User Support and Communication: Supervise IT support staff and ensure high levels of end-user satisfaction through timely, professional, and solution-oriented support. Promote IT awareness and digital capabilities across departments through training and regular communication.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT governance, data privacy regulations, and GMP/21 CFR Part 11 where applicable. Conduct risk assessments and manage responses to internal and external audits. Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and incident response protocols.
  • Infrastructure and Systems Oversight: Manage Active Directory, M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure AD), server environments, and network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers, access points, etc.). Oversee lifecycle management of hardware and software, ensuring timely updates and upgrades.


What we expect


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of professional IT experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing IT operations and infrastructure in a regulated and validated environment (GMP/21 CFR Part 11 preferred).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including networks, servers, storage, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience in managing IT teams, external vendors, and cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders and managing expectations.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
